EditSPEC Class Racing Rules:
Note: Track power is supplied at 18 volts.
The FRHO SPEC Class uses low-cost, readily available chassis' and bodies with a limited amount of change allowed.
The goal is to create a closely competitive class of cars that are inexpensive to build/race. Not surprisingly, this is a very popular FRHO class. Learning to build a competitive SPEC car teaches the racer many HO scale handling tips and tricks.
EditSPEC Class Body Rules
- Each body must have a front windshield and rear window. If originally equipped, bumpers must be present.
- The body must be T-Jet original, hard body reproduction, off-brand or reissue (Aurora, Model Motoring, Road Race Replicas, Johnny Lightning, Furuli).
